Questions
Our Tours & Rec Center is fully ADA-accessible. A ramp at the southwest corner of the building leads to the first floor; the second floor Beer Hall is accessible via elevator.
Our brewery tours range across our expansive, multi-story campus and include more than 160 stair steps, but ramps or elevators allow access to all stops. Due to the ‘behind the scenes’ nature of some specialty tours, many stops are accessible only via stairs.
Strollers are not permitted on tours, but may be left behind at our Tours & Rec Center.
Tickets to our tours are reserved online. Advance ticket sales stop at 10:00 am CST on the day of the tour. Occasionally day-of tickets will be available if all tickets are not sold by door opening; so you may inquire at the front desk. However, please note that weekend and holiday time slots typically fill up fast!
Anyone planning to sample should be prepared to present a valid ID. Brewery Tour guests are strongly encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes. Specialty Tour guests must wear closed-toe shoes (anyone not wearing closed-toe shoes for a ‘behind the scenes’ tour will not be permitted to take the tour and will forfeit their ticket cost).
Our Brewery Tours are open to visitors of all ages but are not recommended for children under the age of seven. Remember, it’s a working manufacturing plant; all little ones must be kept close.
Specialty Tours are limited to those 21 and over; attendees must present a valid ID.
Please be considerate of your fellow travelers – visitors behaving badly will be asked to leave.
Due to the expansiveness of our campus and safety standards, we cannot catch any guest up to a tour that has left the Tours & Rec Center—no exceptions.
Private Tours are charged a flat rate regardless of guest count, and the amount of beer included is allocated by each guest in attendance only.
