Spring has Sprung Beer Release Party

Come celebrate the arrival of spring and the first Brewhouse One release of the year – a delicious honey wine with persimmons & apricot! Made with locally grown and hand-harvested persimmons from Prairie Birthday Farm and finished with honey from Messner Bee Farm, this delectable and effervescent creation was made with warming weather in mind. Brewed in the style of a Melomel Mead, this beverage was primarily fermented with wildflower honey and our house Saison yeast, re-fermented on 90 pounds of native persimmons, then aged on oak chips. Sweet, oaky, and delightfully balanced…the perfect harbinger of spring!

Get your buzz on in the Tasting Room with our brewers and local ingredient partners to celebrate this springy, smooth, and delectably unique creation. Visit Messner Bee Farm’s observation hive, learn about sustainable farming with Prairie Birthday Farm, and enjoy live tunes with Fig & Opal. Plus, enjoy a live Q&A with Q&A with Boulevard’s dynamic duo, Quinn Reeder and Adam Hall, as they discuss the unique characteristics and processes in brewing this beer.
