Westside Wilds Happy Hour

Join us for a “Westside Wilds Happy Hour” to celebrate the release of our latest Westside Wilds creation, a Black Peppercorn Foeder Saison with Brett. Brewers Brent and Quinn will be on hand to unleash this one-of-a-kind ale with samples and time-honored knowledge. 

Samples are pouring in the Beer Hall from 5 – 7 pm. 

About the beer:

This peppercorn-infused ale crafted with two strains of Brettanomyces boasts a gentle tartness and layers of complexity. The earthiness of the Brett strains couple with the efflorescence of the peppercorn to create a harmonious ale bursting with flavor. Read more on our Brewer’s Blog.
